Lachlan Mack
  Director of FMR, Lachlan has a long history as a yoga practitioner/teacher, an innovative music composer, director and performer.
Lachlan integrates these skills in his work as a yoga therapist, retreat leader, author of wellbeing multimedia material, and owner of Five Minute Retreats.
Whether he is leading a retreat, guiding a meditation or yoga session, blending music from cultures around the world to create his wellbeing multimedia, Lachlan inspires and motivates with a gently persuasive tone and care.


Denise Mack
  Founder of Five Minute Retreats, Denise is a best-selling Mind Body Wellbeing author, natural health consultant. Her early life in a large intercultural family meant a blend of cross-cultural traditions which contrasted and merged with the outdoor 'sun 'n surf' life of Australia.
With her roots deeply grounded in both eastern and western tradition, Denise was instrumental in helping to pioneer the ground-swell of mind body health & wellbeing in Australia in the early 1980's.
She now devotes her energy to writing and Walking the World, sustaining a deep involvement in intercultural integration.
